John Cecil Webster, 69, passed away Thursday December 19 at St. Elizabeth- Edgewood. He was born in Owen County the son of the late Hobert and Evelyn Harris Webster. He was a retired city bus driver. He is survived by a son Tim Webster of Sparta and a sister Geneva Gibson of Independence. A memorial service will be held on Friday December 27 at McDonald & New - Main St. at 2PM.
