Jessie Eugene Parks

Jessie Eugene Parks, age 49, of Glencoe, passed away Friday, August 16, 2024, at Carroll County Memorial Hospital.

Jessie was born November 4, 1974, in Michigan to the late Eugene and Florence Ballinger Parks. He was a graduate of Owen County High School and was a carpenter. Jessie loved being outdoors, camping and fishing, having fish fries, and playing his guitar.

Jessie will be missed by his wife, Amanda Parks; his children, Damian (Kelsi) Parks, Austin Parks, Matthew (Jaquira Humes) Jones, Joshua (Brianna Simpson) Jones, Alannah Parks, and Alexis Parks; his brother, Brian (Nikki Elswick) Parks; grandchildren, Abel, Raiden, and Sawyer; nieces and nephew, Ashley Jean Parks, Tori, Colin, and Lila Elswick; as well as a host of extended family and friends.

New Funeral Homes are in charge of arrangements. Family will receive friends for visitation, at the Main Street location, on Friday, August 23, 2024, from 11 am until 1 pm.  Funeral services will follow at 1 pm with Bro. David "Milkweed" Wotier presiding.
