Jerry Ray Hollingsworth

Jerry R. Hollingsworth, a Warsaw resident, passed away Tuesday at his home at the age of 56. He was born in Georgia the son of the late Jimmy Olsen and Helen Hollingsworth. He worked as a server at Golden Corral after retiring from the Gates Rubber Co. He is survived by a daughter, Christa Kennedy of Elsmere and a son, Jerry R. Hollingsworth II of Verona. One brother and three sisters also survive. Visitation will be held Saturday, October 4, from 11am until 1pm at the Garnett-New-McDonald Funeral Home in Warsaw. Funeral services will begin at 1pm at the funeral home with Gene Waever officiating. Burial will be in the Warsaw Cemetery. Serving as pallbearers will be: Jerry Hollingsworth II, Patrick Kennedy, Don Rex, Tim Grissett, Brandon Griffin, Lonnie Griffin and Raymond Miller. Memorial contributions are suggested to the charity of ones choice.
