Jerry Thomas Greene

Jerry Thomas Greene, 70, of Owenton, KY, passed into his eternity on October 1, 2022, at 10:23pm at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Edgewood, KY.

Jerry was born on November 16, 1951 at home in Beechwood, Kentucky. He was married to his wife Vanita Ann for 46 years. A member of Heritage Fellowship, Jerry loved the Lord. He had a green thumb as shown by the beautiful landscaping at his home. He loved being with his family, and taking care of his five grandchildren. He retired in 2017, from Itron Corporation after 31 years of service.

Jerry is survived by his wife Vanita Woolums Greene; three children, Micheal Greene (Adri), Angie Greene Keith (Kyle), and Abram Greene (Katie); five grandchildren Pyper, Paylinn, Palmyr, Eliam and Elisa, and siblings Melvin (Vicki), Larry (Patty), Barbara Sharp (late Steve Sharp), Anita Sipple (Milford), Bill, Richard (Kelly), Rhonda Young (Brian)

Jerry was preceded in death by his parents, Kirby & Dora B. Shelton Green; his sister, Susie House; and his granddaughter, Palmyr Kylinn Keith.
