Jenny Munson

Jenny Muson, age 85, of Columbus, OH, passed away May 13, 2025, at her home.

Born September 2, 1939, in the Hesler community of Owen County, KY, Jenny was the daughter of the late Calvin and Martha Hammond Keith. She was the widow of Floyd Munson and also preceded in death by her siblings, Dale Keith and Joyce Dews. She was a homemaker who enjoyed watching episodes of Law and Order, reading novels, and attending Pow-wows.

She is survived by her children, Mark Munson, Tonya (Michael) Hamilton, and Johnna Munson; grandchildren, Andrew Wood and Taunya Etter; several great-grandchildren; and her siblings, Carolyn Taylor and Steve Keith.

New Funeral Homes are in charge of arrangements. Family will receive friends at the Main Street location on Friday, May 23, 2025, from 11 am to 1 pm.  Funeral services will follow at 1 pm with burial in the Owenton Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions are encouraged to the Alzheimer's Association.
