Jennifer Faye Gover

Jennifer Faye Washburn Gover passed away surrounded by her family, Sunday, May 6, 2018, at Nortons hospital in Louisville at the age of 46. She was born in Cincinnati the daughter of David (Kathleen) Washburn and Karen Tucker Washburn. She is also survived by her children, Avery (Alexandra) Gover, Autumn and Amber Gover, her sister Sarah (Randy) Settles and her two brothers Jesse and Jonathan (Jessica) Washburn. Jennifer is also survived by many nieces and nephews who were very special to her. Jenn was a homemaker most of her life and was her children's biggest fan. Rain or shine she could be found supporting her kids on the soccer field or any event they had. She loved the outdoors and hiking at Red River Gorge. She also loved political debates with her siblings. Jenn was the baker of the family and always in charge of desserts for family gatherings. McDonald & New Funeral Homes are in charge of arrangements.  Family will receive friends Tuesday May 8, 2018 from 5 - 6 PM at the Main Street location.  A memorial service will follow at 6pm. She fought a hard battle with a rare cancer for two years. She asked for any Memorial contributions to be made to Beka's Toppers.
