Jason Ray Smith

Jason Ray Smith, age 25, passed away Friday, January 22nd, in Warsaw. Born February 29th, 1984, he is the son of Ray Lewis Smith and Judy Riley who survive. Jason is also survived by a son: Landon Ray Smith; three brothers: Bradley Dale Ford, Michael Lee Ford, Justin Carter Smith; and one sister: Cynthia Ann Moore. Visitation will be held Tuesday, January 26th, from 11am until 2pm at the Garnett-New-McDonald Funeral Home in Warsaw. Funeral services will begin at 2pm. Burial will follow in the Warsaw Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to Garnett-New-McDonald Funeral Home.
