Howard L. Smith

Howard L. Smith, 77, passed away at his home in Nicholasville on Thursday April 4 2019. He was born in Owen County on March 29 1942 the son of the late Herbert T. and Shirley Tolbert Smith. He was a former employee of Leroys Jewelers and Gates Nissan and was a member of the Christian Assembly Church. He is survived by his wife Christine R. Smith, and cousins, Gary Smith,Cathy Bordas, Jean Gatto, Mary Kay Duncan, Joan Marie Piggotte, Brenda Wolfe, Cathy Crume, LeVonnie Tolbert, Kay Toftness and Cathy Holbert and two step-daughters, Ruth Kingan and Adriana Soltau. A memorial service will be held on Sunday April 7 at 3PM at McDonald & New-Main St. Visitation will begin at 2.
