Howard Linden Jones

-Howard Linden Jones, 80,of Owenton, died Friday at the U.K. Medical Center. He was the son of the late John W. and Mary Wash Jones. He was also preceded in death by his brother O.V. Jones. He was the husband of Mavis Lee Gibson Jones of Owenton. He is also survived by one sister; Evelyn (Jesse) Jones Bourne. Howard was a Farmer, an Army Veteran and was a member of the Beech Grove Baptist Church. Visitation will be held on Sunday from 2-6pm at the McDonald and New Funeral Home on main Street. Funeral services will be held on Monday art 11am, also on main street. Burial will be in the Owenton Cemetery. Donations may be made to the Beech grove Baptist Church or to a charity of choice
