Harold Brown Weldon

Warsaw-Harold Brown Connely Weldon, 90 of Warsaw, passed away Tuesday June 30, 2009 at the Gallatin Health Care. She was the daughter of the late Frank S. and Nannie Brown Connely. She was also preceded in death by two daughters: Katherine Carabella and Margaret Weldon. One Sister: MayBelle C. Hall. She was married Sept. 6, 1947 to the late Dr. Thomas A. Weldon. She was a member of the Warsaw Christian Church, a homemaker, former teacher and was a WWII Army Veteran (WAC-Womens Army Corp/Signal Corp). She is survived by her three sons: Tom Weldon(Sybil) of Signal Mountain, TN., Frank Weldon (Kathy) of Big Spring, TX., and Robert “Bob” Weldon(Alex) of Covington, KY. Also surviving are seven grandchildren: Mary, Orion, Josh, Laura, Malinda, Katie, and Melanie. Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 2, from 4-9pm at the Garnett-New-McDonald Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held on Friday, July 3rd at 1:00 p.m. at the Warsaw Christian Church. Visitation will begin at 11:00a.m. (Friday) at the Warsaw Christian Church. The Rev. Phil Case will officiate the services. Pallbearers: Tom Weldon-Son, Frank Weldon-Son, Mary Carabella-granddaughter, Laura Weldon-granddaughter, Malinda Weldon-granddaughter, Bill Diuguid-family friend.
