Harold Wayne Goodrich

Harold Wayne Goodrich, age 68, of Cynthiana passed away Wednesday, October 13, 2021, at the Harrison County Memorial Hospital.

Born April 28, 1953, in Frankfort, KY, he was the son of the late James Harold "Peavine" and Ollie Sue Combs Goodrich.  He was also preceded in death by his son, Terry Hammond, and his sister, Shirley Delling.  Harold was a handyman and used to attend Gratz Baptist Church. He had a deep love for his family and took great pride in being "Poppy" to his many grandchildren.  He loved junking and was always willing to help anyone he could, no matter their need. He was also a devoted caregiver to his in-laws.

He is survived by his wife, Stella Spenneberg Goodrich; his children, James (Misti) Goodrich, Tammy (Thomas) King, Tracy (Todd) Crocker, Latisha (Tony) Gipson, and Josh Goodrich; fourteen grandchildren, Nathan, Destiny, TJ, Desi, Justin, Sarah, Jessica, Asia, Dylan, Emma, Crystal, Anthony, Brooklyn, and Kaylie; seven great-grandchildren, Gracie, Lotus, Rylie, Drew, Zoey, Victoria, Willow, and two great-grandchildren on the way, Oaklynn and Noah; his siblings, Sue Perkins, Daryl Goodrich, Janice Sims, Marvin Goodrich, and Anthony Goodrich.

McDonald & New Funeral Homes are in charge of arrangements.  Memorial services will be held at a later date.
