Grover I. "Buck" Drury

Grover I. “Buck” Drury, age 91, passed away Sunday, January 2 at Green Valley Nursing Home in Carrollton. He was a former heavy equipment operator and was preceded in death by his parents, Dewey and Eva Aldridge Drury, his wife Sylvia, son, Larry, daughter, Vonna Moore and a brother, William Drury. He is survived by his son, Dallas Drury and his daughter, Delcie Powell both of Sulphur, KY. Six grandchildren and seven great grandchildren also survive. McDonald & New Funeral Homes is in charge of arrangements. Family will receive friends at the Main Street location on Wednesday, January 5th from 6-8pm. Funeral services will be held Thursday at 2pm with Bros. Paul Briscoe and Wayne Kelly presiding. Burial will be in the Owenton Cemetery.
