Glenn W. Powell

Glenn W. Powell, 86, passed away Sat. Sept. 29, 2012 at Gallatin Healthcare. He was born in Cranks, KY the son of the late Andrew and Sarah Buckhart Powell and was also preceded by his wife Wanda Hensley Powell, a son, William Scott Powell, four brothers and three sisters. He was an Army WW II Veteran and a highway construction equipment mechanic. He is survived by his daughter Glenna (Ronald) Courtney, a daughter-in-law, Haysetta Powell, six grandchildren, Chris (Teresa) Courtney, Cindy Blake (Dave Byrd), Candace (David) Gullion, Mary Beth, Zackery and Seth Powell and seven great grandchildren, Kevin, Keith, Keri, Shelby, Bryson, Shaun and Courtney. Visitation is Tuesday from 11 am til 2 pm and service at 2pm at Garnett-New-McDonald Funeral Home in Warsaw. Burial will follow in Paint Lick Baptist Cemetery.
