Gay Evelyn Martin Beach

Gay Evelyn Martin Beach, 82, passed away Monday Sept. 25, 2023 in Dugger, IN. She was born in Owen County, KY the daughter of the late Bennie and Nannie Belle Oakes Martin. She was also preceded by her daughters Nancy Clarkson Howard and Tanya Cyrek, a son Bernard King Jr.and her husband Frank Beach. She attended Bethel Community Church and was a care provider for many years. She also was a supervisor at the Butler Furniture Factory. Gay loved Christmas and family. She enjoyed shooting pool, UK basketball and a good poker game. She was always a hard worker and truly enjoyed life. Surviving are her son, Pat (Wanda) King and her grandchildren, Ricky Clarkson, Kevin Clarkson, Samantha Schaffner, Kalep King, and Angie Snow and four great-grandchildren, Gabriel, William, Layken, Sage and Rylee. The funeral will be on Monday October 2, 2023 at the Main St. location of New Funeral Homes at 11:00AM. Visitation will be on Sunday from 5 to 8 at Main St. Burial will be in the Ghent Masonic Cemetery.
