Gary Wayne Neal

Gary Wayne Neal, 61, passed away on Friday December 10, 2021 from injuries sustained in an October motorcycle accident. Gary was born in Owenton on April 1, 1960 the son of the late William and Justine Howard Neal. He was also preceded by his sister, Lenette Dailey. He was an employee of Itron having been in maintenance for 39 years. Gary was a "Jack of all trades" having knowledge and ability to fix anything. He was skilled with electric work, welding and had a landscaping and mowing business. He enjoyed golf and riding motorcycles. Surviving are his son, Josh Neal, daughter, Felicia (Michael) Perry, sister, Kathy Neal, brother, Leonard (Ann) Howell, Fiance' Kim Goodrich, two grandchildren, Calvin Neal and Landon Perry and three nephews, Sean, C.J. and Zach. Visitation will be on Tuesday December 14 from 4 to 8 and the funeral is on Wednesday at 1PM at Main Street. Burial will be in Crittenden Christian Cemetery and memorials may be made to the Owen County Childrens Fund.
