Born on October 6, 1966, in Wolfe County, Frank was a dedicated heavy equipment operator for The Allen Company in the construction industry, where he earned the respect and admiration of his colleagues through his hard work and expertise.

Frank proudly served in the National Guard, displaying a commitment to his community and country that he carried throughout his life. His military service was a testament to his strong character and sense of duty, which he exemplified both on and off the job.

He is survived by his loving mother, Peggy Carson; his devoted wife, Marcia Harrelson; and his cherished daughter, Heather Harrelson. Frank was also a beloved grandfather to Jacob Carpenter and Brandon Carpenter Jr., who brought him immense joy and pride.
