Frances Parsons Hughes

Frances Parsons Hughes, 85, died Monday at the St. Elizabeth South Hospital. She was a homemaker and a member of the Macedonia Baptist Church. She was the daughter of the late George T. and Fannie Elliot Parsons and the wife of the late Leonard Hughes. She was also preceded in death by two brothers; Floyd and Irvin Parsons. One Sister; Louise Botkins. She is survived by her daughter; JoAnn Hughes of Owenton. Visitation will be held on Wednesday from 4-8pm on Main Street. Funeral services will be held on Thursday at 11:00am on Main Street. Donations may be made to the Macedonia Baptist Church. Burial will be in the Owenton Cemetery.
