Elizabeth "Libby" Owens Downing

April 12, 1930 — August 15, 2013

Elizabeth "Libby" Owens Downing passed away Thursday Aug. 15. She is survived by her husband Frank, her children, Frank Keiser "Kye" (Jill) Downing Jr., Sue Downing Wingate and Margaret "Brian" Forsee. Seven grandchildren also survive. Visitation is Friday Aug. 16 from 4 to 7 at the Owenton First Christian Church. The funeral is Sat. at 2pm at Milward Funeral Home Broadway in Lexington. Burial will be in the Lexington Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the First Presbyterian Church Winchester.
