A devoted member of Florence Christian Church, Dr. Clements dedicated 54 years to his profession as a dentist, touching countless lives with his care and compassion. His commitment to service extended beyond his practice, as he proudly served his country as an Army veteran.

Freddie had a wide array of interests and passions. He was an avid supporter of the University of Kentucky sports, a dedicated coin collector and enjoyed farming. On October 9, 1964, Freddie married the love of his life, Diane Ray Clements, with whom he shared nearly six decades of love and companionship. He is survived by his loving wife, Diane, and their children, Andrea (Troy) Schumann and Leslie (Joel) Godby. Freddie is also survived by his sister, Evelyn (Gene) Garrett, and his nieces, Sandra (Tony) McGhee and Gina (Greg) Black, and his nephew, Gary (Kathy) Clements, and was preceded in death by his brother, Carroll Clements.

Dr. Freddie Thomas Clements will be remembered for his unwavering dedication to his family, his profession, and his community. His legacy of kindness, service, and love will continue to inspire all who had the privilege of knowing him.
