Doug Lusby

Raymond Douglas "Doug" Lusby, age 76, passed away Saturday, July 27, 2019 at the Carroll County Memorial Hospital.

Born June 27, 1943, in Owen County he was the son of the late Gayle and Nannie Blackburn Lusby and preceded in death by his brother, Steven Lusby.  Doug was a retired landscaper for Spring Grove Cemetery.

Surviving are his siblings, Shelby Judd, Bettie Chappell and Bob Lusby; his special friend Janice and several nieces and nephews.

McDonald & New Funeral Homes are in charge of arrangements. Family will receive friends at the Main Street location on Wednesday, July 31, 2019 from Noon to 1 pm.  Funeral services will follow at 1pm with burial in the Salem Baptist Church Cemetery.
