Donny L. Minch

Donny L. Minch, age 53, of Perry Park, passed away Sunday, April 15, 2012 at the University of Kentucky Markey Cancer Center. Born August 10, 1958, in Owen County, he wa the son of the late William Allen and Augusta Gulley Minch and was also preceded in death by his brother in law, Phillip Poynter. Donny was retired from Johnson Controls and was a member of the Squiresville Baptist Church. Surviving are his daughter, Autumn Minch; his brother, Danny (Jenny) Minch of Perry Park; his sisters, Rita (Bob) Clay of Columbus, NE and Barbara Poynter of Lexington. His nieces and nephews also survive, Mathew (Joanna) Clay, Jaclyn (Brenden) Minch Zenni and Meg Rogers. McDonald & New Funeral Homes are in charge of arrangements. A memorial service will be held at 2pm Wednesday, April 18th at the Main Street location. Bro. Craig Howard will officiate. Memorial contributions may be made to the Squiresville Baptist Church.
