Donna Maria Simpson

Donna Maria Simpson, age 61, passed away Friday, July 24th, 2026.

Born April 28th, 1965, she was the daughter of Fred Simpson and Beverly Powell Simpson. Donna worked in food services for most of her life and was known for her bright personality, which allowed her to form lasting relationships throughout her life. In her free time, she loved painting, going to thrift stores, and going to yard sales. She was also known for having a green thumb and was passionate about growing and keeping plants, showcasing her patience and care.

Donna is survived by her parents, Fred and Beverly Simpson; children, Kevin Patterson, Kara (Adam) Malone; her grandchildren, Dominick Patterson, Gracie Malone, Declan Malone, and Connor Malone; sister, Jennifer Gatlin; and her long time companion, Sean Qubeck. She is also survived by her loving dog, Magnum.

Family will welcome friends at the Main Street location for visitation on Thursday, July 30th, 2026, from 4:00pm to 7:00 pm. Funeral services will follow at 7:00 pm with Bro. Tom Simpson presiding. Memorial contributions are suggested to the Monterey Christian Church.
