Donald Fornash

Donald Fornash, age 74, passed away Tuesday, August 26th at his home in Sparta, Ky. Born March 10, 1934, he was the son of the late Porter and Margaret Howard Fornash. He was also preceded in death by a son, Barry Fornash and one great grandchild. Donald was Veteran having served his country in the Army during the Korean Conflict. He later worked as a truck driver and farmer and was a member of the Sparta Christian Church. He is survived by his wife, Donna Pruett Fornash, one son: Pat Fornash of Sparta, one daughter: Pam Burgess of Madison, IN, and one sister: Katheryn Conrad of Williamstown. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren. Arrangements are being handled by Garnett-New-McDonald Funeral Home in Warsaw where visitation will be held on Friday, August 29th, from 5 to 8pm. Funeral services will begin Saturday, August 30th, at 2pm. Burial will be in the Lawrence Family Cemetery in Sparta. Memorial contributions are suggested to the Sparta Christian Church.
