Donald "Donnie" Edward Duvall

Donald Edward "Donnie" Duvall, age 56, of Frankfort, passed away Saturday, February 9, 2019 at Frankfort Regional Medical Center.

A native of Owen County, he was born October 26, 1962, in Franklin County, to the late Morris Duvall and Florence Webster Duvall Cook.  He was also preceded in death by his sister,Patricia Duvall Blake.  He was a carpenter and a member of the Greenup Fork Baptist Church.  Donnie was an avid fisherman and hunter, he loved gardening, woodworking and making no bake cookies.

He is survived by his wife Regina Fitzgerald Duvall; his stepfather, Donald Cook; his children, Dustin (Brittany) Duvall, Jordan (Emma) Duvall, Jared (Andrea) Fitzgerald and Amanda (Matt) Selm; his siblings, Sandra (Terry Magel) Parker, Peggy (Keith) Hatter, Barbara (Fred) Burch and Danny (Kim) Duvall; step-siblings, Debbie (Darrell) Howard, Gene (Jan) Cook and Jerry (Regina) Cook.  Also surviving are his grandchildren, Sawyer Duvall, Harper Duvall and Charlotte Selm.

Bearers will be his nephews, John Parker, Fred Burch, V, Nathan Duvall, Joshua Holland, Clayton Cook and Rodney Miller.  Honorary bearers will be his nieces, Emily Snyder, Kennedy Bowman, Nikki Holland, Ginny Miller, Courtney Cook and Mattie Cook.

McDonald & New Funeral Homes are in charge of arrangements.  Family will receive friends at the Seminary Street location on Tuesday, February 12, 2019 from 4-8pm.  Funeral services will be held on Wednesday at 11am with Rev. John Wyatt presiding.   Burial will be in the Owenton Cemetery and memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimers Association. A meal will be provided at the Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church.
