Donald Wayne Ballard

Donald Wayne Ballard, 55 of Monterey passed away Monday, August 19, 2013 at the Frankfort Regional Medical Center. Born October 17, 1957, in Frankfort, he was the son of the late J.F. Ballard. Don was retired from the Office of the Courts as a Program Analyst. He is survived by his Mother, Margaret McDonald Ballard of Monterey and his brother, Johnny Ballard also of Monterey. McDonald & New Funeral Homes are in charge of arrangements. Family will receive friends at the Main Street location on Thursday from 1pm until the time of the service at 1pm. Burial will be in the Monterey Cemetery with Bro. Bob Karsner presiding. Donations may be made to the Monterey Cemetery.
