Diane Rose Perkins

Diane J. Rose Perkins, age 67, of Owenton, passed away Saturday, October 11, 2014 at New Horizons Medical Center. Born July 15, 1947, in Frankfort, she was the daughter of the late John W. Gulley and Sue Frances Goodrich. She was preceded in death by her son Mark Perkins. Diane was a homemaker and a member of the Gratz Baptist Church. Surviving are her sons, James Frank (Susan) Howe and Danny Lee Crockett of Owenton; her daughters, Melissa Gail Riddle (Gary) Fugate of Owenton and Jamie Lynn Howe (John) Harris of Florence; her brother Charles Lee (Cheree) Goodrich; her sisters, July Kay (Randy) Lyons and Patsy (Freddy) Snider; her six grandchildren, Felisha Diane Michelle Riddle, Denver Stafford, Marly Lauren Howe and Corbin, Jordon and Jacob Harris. One great grandchild also survives, Mattie Stafford as well as her best friend, Sue Goodrich. McDonald & New Funeral Homes are in charge of arrangements. A memorial service will be held at 6pm on Wednesday, October 15th at the Gratz Baptist Church. Visitation will begin at 5 that evening.
