Deana Kay Schadler

Deana Kay Schadler, age 46, of Owenton, passed away Wednesday, June 4, 2025, at her home.

Deana was born May 30, 1979, in Florence, KY, to Douglas and Sharon Turner Robinson. She was a homemaker, a member of Warsaw Baptist Church, and attended Owenton First Baptist Church. She especially adored her cat, Ernie, who was never far from her side. One of her greatest joys in life was being "GiGi" to her beloved grandson, Ian, with whom she shared countless laughs and special moments. She enjoyed spending time shopping—whether for a new find or just for fun—and had a passion for collecting antique glass, figurines, and unique purses. Her eye for detail and appreciation for the past showed in every piece she chose.

She will be missed by her parents, Douglas and Sharon Turner Robinson; her children, Nathanial (Katie) Schadler, Breanna (Jesse) Walker- Schadler, and Jonathan Schadler; Her grandson Ian Schadler; her siblings, Doug Robinson, Jr., Kelly (Stephanie) Robinson, and Diane (Tim) Scott; several nieces and nephews; great nieces and a host of extended family.

New Funeral Homes are in charge of arrangements. Family will receive friends at the Main Street location on Monday, June 9, 2025, from 11 am until 1 pm.  Funeral services will follow at 1 pm with Bro. Jon Adkins presiding.  Burial will be in Warsaw Cemetery, and memorial contributions may be made to Susan G. Komen for the Cure.
