David Allen Smith

David Allen Smith, age 66, of Owen County, passed away at his home, Sunday, June 13, 2021.

He was born on March 5, 1955 in Falmouth, KY to the late David Robert and Leonia Perry Smith. He loved fishing and watching westerns. He also enjoyed attending flea markets and riding four wheelers while he was still able.

He will be deeply mised by his children, David Allen Smith, Jr., Leonia Jean Smith, Beulah Jean Smith; his siblings, Ray Smith, Henry Smith, Loretta Byrd, Joan Wilhoite, Janie Wilhoite; his grandchildren, Desiree Smith, David Smith III, Destiny Smith, Bentley True, Preston Perry, Wynter Perry, Autumn Perry, Summer Perry, Aprille Perry, Austin Miller; one great granddaughter Gracelyn Miller and a host of extended  family and friends.

McDonald & New Funeral Homes are in charge of arrangements. Family will receive friends at the Seminary Street Location on Thursday, June 17, 2021 for a visitation from 11 AM to 2 PM, a funeral service will follow at 2 PM with Bro. Bimp McAlister presiding.
