David Thomas Perkins

David Thomas Perkins of Owenton, died Thursday November 20, 2008 at the Central Baptist Hospital. Born December 8, 1929, in Owen County, he was the son of the late Thurman and Frances Stewart Perkins and was preceded in death by his son, Glenn David Perkins and his brother, Paul Perkins. David was a carpenter, a farmer and a member of the Pentecostal faith. He is survived by his wife Alma Dean Wainscott Perkins and his daughter Rhonda (Charlie) Blanton of Frankfort. Arrangements are being handled by McDonald & New Funeral Homes. Family will receive friends at the Main Street location, Friday November 21st , from 4 until 8pm. Funeral services will be held at 1pm Saturday, with Bro. Joel Rivera officiating. Burial will be in the Owenton Cemetery. Memorial Contributions are suggested to the Hesler Assembly of God
