Connie Sue Bailer

Connie Sue Bailer, age 65, of Owenton, passed away Wednesday, April 12, 2023, at her home.

Born January 28, 1958, in Covington, KY, she was the daughter of the late Allie and Marie Woodyard Burgess. Connie was a former nurses aide at Gallatin Healthcare, who loved her family dearly.  She enjoyed getting together with them as well as cooking and baking for them. She loved all things Mickey Mouse and was rarely found without her flip-flops on!

Connie is survived by her husband, Charles Dodson; her children, Michael F. (Hellen) Chandler, Alicia Ann Bailer, and Michael Ray (Kelcie) Sanders; her stepsons, Chuckie (Katie) Dodson and Justin (Jennifer) Dodson; siblings, Peggy Burgess, Joann (Ronnie) Palmer, Debby (Kevin) Willoughby, Robert Runyon; and several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.

New Funeral Homes are in charge of arrangements. No public services will be held.
