Christopher Scott Ellis

Christopher Scott Ellis, age 39, of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma passed away Wednesday, September 9, 2020 at his home.

Chris was born on November 7, 1980, to the late Bruce Ellis and Loleta Sullins, who survives, in Cynthiana, Kentucky. He was raised in Pendleton County and graduated from the Log Cabin Learning Center in Morgan, Kentucky.

A hard worker and quick learner, Chris excelled in working with his hands at multiple trades, but eventually settled on a career as a street-racing auto mechanic. He became known for his dedication to his job and his quick sense of humor at Midwest Street Cars Automotive in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.

Chris, a skilled hunter, loved spending time outdoors. He was generous and kind, and knew exactly how to make the people he loved smile. Chris was a dearly-loved brother, son, and friend who will be deeply missed by all who knew him.

Chris will be missed by his mother Loleta Sullins; brothers Robbie Ellis, Quentin Ellis, and Logan Justice; along with his sisters, Amanda Scothorn, Alana Messer, and Amanda Whobrey.

McDonald & New Funeral Homes are in charge of local arrangements. A graveside service will be held on Friday, September 18, 2020 at 1pm.
