Charlotte Vance

Charlotte Vance, age 82, of Owenton passed away Sunday, September 8, 2013 at the Owenton Manor. Born June 12, 1931 in Owen County, she was the daughter of the late Roscoe and Eura Bell Vance. She was preceded in death by her brothers, George and Paul Vance and her sisters, Sibyl Rosenstiel and Irene Vance. Surviving are her two nieces Janice Dunavent of Owenton and Judy Eubank of Walton and her nephew Paul Glenn Rosenstiel. McDonald & New Funeral Homes are in charge of arrangements. Family will receive friends at the Main Street location on Thursday, September 12th from 11am - 1pm. Funeral services will follow at 1pm with Bro. Brian Blair presiding. Burial will be in the Beechwood Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the Richland Baptist Church.
