Cathy Jo Almeida

Cathy Jo Combs Almeida, 48 of Dry Ridge passed away on Tuesday morning at her residence. She was the daughter of the late Calvin Coolidge Combs and Doris Isaacs Combs of Napolean. She was the wife of Albert Jesse Almeida of Dry Ridge. Cathy was a Custodian at the Grant County High School. Besides her husband and mother, she is survived by her daughter; Lisa Marie Gibson of Dry Ridge. One brother; Jerry Combs of Sparta, One sister; Terry Combs Caldwell of Warsaw, two grandchildren; Clayton Nathanial Saunders-Gibson and Alexis Jade Saunders-Gibson. She was also preceded in death by her brother; Jeffrey Noah Combs. Funeral services will be held on Friday, Dec. 30th at 7pm at the GARNETT-NEW-MCDONALD Funeral Home in Warsaw. Visitation will also be held on Friday beginning at 4pm. In Lieu of flowers the family has requested donations be made to the American Cancer Society or Hospice of the Bluegrass.
