Carol Ann Ruth

Carol Ann Ruth, 75, passed away Tuesday December 19, 2023 at her home. She was the daughter of the late Robert and Barbara Carter Mahon and was also preceded by two sisters and one brother. Carol was a homemaker and loved to travel especially to the ocean. She loved being in the kitchen cooking meals for her family. She also enjoyed her flowers but mostly she loved her family and her grandchildren. She is survived by her husband Garry Ruth, her three sons, Mark Douglas Stewart, Kevin Ray Stewart and Jeffrey Scott Ruth, a daughter, Melinda Ann Duvall, five grandchildren, Steven, Krissa, June, Brittany and Zachary and five great grandchildren, Layla, Paislee, Saylor, Remington and Owen. The funeral will be on Thursday December 21 at 2:00 PM with visitation beginning at 11AM at New Funeral Home - Main Street. Burial will follow in the Owenton Cemetery and memorials may be made to St. Jude's.
