Carol O'Neal

Carol W. O’Neal, 69, of Owenton, passed away Saturday June 21 at the University of Kentucky, Chandler Medical Center. Born December 25, 1938 in Cincinnati, OH, she was the daughter of Henry and Evelyn Silz Berkemeier and was preceded in death by her son, Jeff O’Neal, and three sisters, Ruth Dirr, Betty Couch and Elsie Kirgessner. Carol was a homemaker. She is survived by her husband of 44 years, William C. O’Neal of Gratz; three sons, Jess (Anita) O’Neal of Ross, OH, Tim (Patty) O’Neal of new Miami, OH, Keith O’Neal of Gratz; four daughters, Carolyn (Jim) Stacy of Elmwood, OH, Cynthia Nicoletti of Boston, MA, Donna (Joe) Holt and Kelly (Peewee) Fugate of Owenton; two brothers, Louis Berkemeier of Ross, OH and Robert Berkemeier of Midland, OH; two sisters, Patricia Mason and Darlene Hooker of Cincinnati, OH and several grandchildren and great grandchildren. Arrangements are being handled by McDonald & New Funeral Homes. A Memorial Open House will be held and the home of Kelly Fugate on Saturday, June 28th.
