Brenda C. Webster

Brenda C. Webster, age 69, of Owenton, KY, passed away peacefully on October 17, 2024, at Jewish Hospital, in Louisville, KY.

Born on December 8, 1954, in Madison, IN, she was the beloved daughter of the late Robert and Mildred Birsher Furnish. She was preceded in death by her siblings, Mildred Furnish, Larry Allen Furnish, Sr., and Robert Furnish.

Brenda dedicated over 30 years of her life to serving others as a Licensed Practical Nurse, a role in which she provided care, compassion, and comfort to countless patients throughout her career. Her kindness and dedication to her profession left a lasting impact on all who knew her.

Outside of her work, Brenda had a deep passion for the arts. She enjoyed writing and creating beautiful works of art. She was especially known for her candy-making skills, which brought joy to her family and friends.

Brenda will be remembered for her caring heart, artistic talents, and love for her family and community. Her spirit and creativity will live on in the hearts of all who knew her.

Her loving family survives her; her devoted husband of over 39 years, Roy Webster; her loving sons, Corey, Joshua, and Edward Webster; her grandchildren, Hayden, Kaitlyn, and Owen Webster;  her nieces and nephews, Karen (Kevin) Braden, Larry Allen Furnish, Jr., Faith, Jason, Robbie, Michael, Gwen, and Jeff Furnish, Trina (Jim) Jordan, Kevin, Chris, and Christie Webster, and Butch Brumback.

New Funeral Homes are in charge of arrangements.  Family will receive friends for visitation at the Main Street location on Friday, October 25, 2024, from 11 am until 1 pm.  Funeral services will follow at 1 pm with burial in the Owenton Cemetery.  Memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude's Children's Research Hosptial .
