Bradford Scroggins

May 15, 1958 — February 17, 2022

William "Bradford" Scroggins, age 63, of the Jonesville community, passed away Thursday, February 17, 2022, at St. Elizabeth Hospital.

Born May 15, 1958, in Covington, he was the son of the late William Guy and Pauline Noel Scroggins.  He was also preceded in death by his siblings, Donna True, Jerry Scroggins, and Durwood Scroggins. Bradford was a hard-working, Union Auto Worker, who was employed by Dana Incorporated as a welder.  He enjoyed spending time with family and friends and had a great sense of humor.  His infectious laugh will be missed. In his pastime, he loved watching westerns and raising and tending to horses.

He is survived by his son, Dustin Scroggins; his siblings, Regena (Herby) Jameison, Connie (Richard) Hearn, and John (Theresa) Scroggins. Also, surviving is his special friend Patty Plunkett and her children, Aaron and Amber Plunkett; as well as a host of extended family.

McDonald & New Funeral Homes are in charge of arrangements. Family will receive friends at the Macedonia Baptist Church on Wednesday, 23, 2022 from 11 am until 1 pm. Funeral services will follow at 1 pm with Bro. Gene Hill presiding. Burial will be in the Macedonia Baptist Church Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the Macedonia Baptist Church.
