William Bradford "Brad" Keith, age 91, of Owenton passed away April 8, 2019, at Gallatin Healthcare in Warsaw, KY.
Born June 5, 1927, in Owen County, he was the son of the late Willie and Myrtie Keith. He was the widower of Imogene Crupper Keith and was preceded in death by his brother, Eddie Keith and his step-son, Jackie Olds. Brad served his country, in the United States Army, during the Korean Conflict. He began his career working on a barge for Ashland Oil, later worked for the Commonwealth of KY and retired from the Owen County Road Department as a truck driver. Brad was a member of the Beechwood Assembly of God and was ordained as a minister through the Assemblies of God. He loved fishing and watching baseball.
Surviving are his step-son, Jimmy (Bobette) Olds; daughters, Tammy Keith and Gloria Kincaid; brothers, Delbert (Carolyn) Keith and Julian Keith; his sister-in-law, Betty Keith; step grandchildren, Jeremy, Jason, Bradley, Jacob, Jacklyn, James R. and LaShonda; step great-grandchildren, Jalane, Maison, Jenna, Emily, Austin, Ethan and Maddox. Several nieces and nephews also survive.
McDonald & New Funeral Homes are in charge of arrangements. Family will receive friends at the Main street location on Saturday, April 13, 2019 from 11 am until 1 pm. Funeral services will follow at 1 pm with burial in the Owenton Cemetery. Memorial contibutions may be made to Beechwood Assembly of God or Pleasant Ridge Baptist Church.
