Bobby J Roberts

Bobby J Roberts, 83, passed away Wednesday August 31, 2022 in Louisville. He was born in Owen County the son of the late Ralph and Martha Hawkins Roberts and was also preceded by an infant son, Tony Roberts, a brother, Ralph Roberts Jr. and a sister, Shirley Roberts Reynolds. He was a truck driver for almost 50 years having most recently drove for M & M Trucking. He also enjoyed coin collecting and antique cars. He is survived by his wife, Jeanette Roberts, his son Clay (Kathy) Roberts, three step children, Tommy (Julie) Caldwell, Lisa (Charles) Thompson and Jerry Caldwell, eleven grandchildren, four great grandchildren, a sister-in-law Mary Frances Roberts and several nieces and nephews. The graveside service will be held on Tuesday at 1:00 at the Bethany Baptist Church Cemetery.
