Bobby Abbott Lee

Bobby Lee, age 69, of Corinth, passed away on Saturday, September 24, 2011. Born December 4, 1941, in Owen County in the community of Maxburg, he was the son of the late Robert C. Lee. Bobby was a carpet installer for over 40 years. Surviving are his wife Bonita "Bonnie" Carman Lee; his mother Glenna Rose Littrell Lee of New Columbus; his children, Michelle Lee (Neal) Cobb of Nicholasville, Beth Lee (Mark) Hertweck, Melanie Lee (John Paul) Hanson both of Owenton and Robert Scott Lee of Frankfort; his sister, Patricia Wright of New Columbus and 10 grandchildren, Sarah, Leah, Hannah, Luke, Allie, Ella, Nicole, Alexander, Michael and Julianna. McDonald & New Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Family will receive friends at the Main Street location on Monday, September 26th from 4-8pm. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday at 11am. Burial will be in the Owenton Cemetery with Bro. Brad banks and Bro. Ronnie Angel presiding. Memorial contributions may be made to the Owen County Relay for Life or the Charity of one's own choosing.
