Billy Ray King

Billy Ray King, age 68, of Dry Ridge passed away at his home on Saturday, November 28, 2015. Born July 19, 1947 in Owen County, Billy was the son of the late James Alexander "Sarge" King and preceded in death by his sister Wanda King Schaves and his nephew Timmy King. Billy was a horse farmer and loved fishing, hunting and being outdoors. Surviving are his wife of 34 years, Mary Adeline Napier King; his mother, Mary Virginia Hensley King; his daughter, Tamme (Alan Spegal) King; his daughter in love, Beth Rutledge; his granddaughter, Ashlie Marie Smith; grandson, Cory Spegal; siblings, Ronnie, David, Roger, and Janice King and Linda Dunn; nephews, Charlie, Rodney and Chris Schaves, Lonnie and Mark King, Troy and Jessie McCormick and his niece Katie Southworth. McDonald & New Funeral Homes are in charge of arrangements. Family will receive friends at the Main Street location on Tuesday, December 1, 2015 from 11am until 1pm. Funeral services will follow at 1pm with Bro. David "Milkweed" Wotier presiding.
