Betty Maxine Odom

Mrs. Betty Maxine Odom, age 83, of Cincinnati, OH passed away Sunday, April 17, 2016 at the Hyde Park Health Center in Cincinnati. Born March 2, 1933, in Owen County, she was the daughter of the late Raymond and Margaret Miller Wilson. She was preceded in death by her husband John Odom; her son, Steve Knight and her brothers, Doug and Earl Wilson. Betty was a homemaker. Surviving are her special friend of over 20 years, Charles Hickman; her children, Debbie (Darren Sheffler) Osborne, Kim Hamm, Randy (Mary) Knight, Gary (Ann) Knight, Richard (Roberta) Knight; her sister Velma Jo (Mark) Burnette; her nine grandchildren, Kris, JoAnn, Randi, Samantha, Stephanie, Brian, Andrew, Wayne and Aubrey as well as eleven great grandchildren. McDonald & New Funeral Homes are in charge of arrangements. Family will receive friends at the Main Street location on Saturday, April 23, 2016 from 10am until 1pm. Funeral services will follow at 1pm with burial in the Owenton Cemetery.
