Betty Jean Kemper

Betty Jean Kemper, 80, of Winter Springs Fl, and formerly of Owenton, Died Friday November 6th at her residence. Born December 20, 1928 in Owenton, she was the daughter of the late Harrison and Blanche Lusby Rose and the widow of Bill Kemper. Mrs. Kemper was a homemaker and a member of the Owenton First Christian Church. She is survived by her sons Jerry Ellis of Dry Ridge, KY and Stephen Ellis of Winter Springs, FL; 14 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren. Arrangements are being handled by McDonald & New Funeral Homes. Family will receive friends at the Main Street location on Monday, November 9th from 11am to 2pm. Funeral Services will follow at 2pm with Bro. David "Milkweed" Wotier presiding. Burial will be in the Owenton Cemetery.
