Betty Joe Hearn

Betty Joe Hearn, 69, passed away Tuesday April 5, 2016 in Mt. Sterling. She was born in Wolfe Co. the daughter of the late Newton and Betty Tolson Taulbee. She was formerly employed at Owenton Manor and was of the Baptist faith. She is survived by her children Don Hearn, Randy Hearn, James Russell Hearn, Wanda Rose, Rita Hearn and Robin Gumz, a sister, Dorothy Johnson, eighteen grandchildren and several great grandchildren. Also surviving are James Hearn Jr. and her special friend Tommy Conkright. She was preceded in death by a grandson Joe Rose and sisters Pearl, Geraldine, Rosalie and Flora Belle and brothers, Richard Jim and Roy. McDonald & New Funeral Homes are in charge of arrangements. Family will receive friends at the Main Street location on Friday April 8th from 11 til 1PM, Funeral services will follow at 1PM. Burial will follow in the Napoleon Cemetery.
