Barbara Feebach Morgan

Barbara S. Feebach Morgan, wife of James L. Morgan, died Sunday, October 4, 2020 at home in Owenton, Kentucky. She was born September 26, 1934, in Carlisle, Kentucky, to the late Walter E. and Evelyn McConnaughhay Feebach.

Mrs. Morgan was a graduate of Madison High School and a member of the Madison Presbyterian Church in Madison, Indiana. She was a graduate of Hanover College, Hanover, IN, where she was a member of Phi Mu Sorority. She also attended Indiana University and the University of Kentucky. She was a member of the Madison Tri Kappa Sorority, Business Professional Womens Club, University Woman, and Eddyville Womens Club. She was employed at the Madison State Hospital and had taught in the Owen County School System.

In addition to her husband, Mrs. Morgan is survived by three daughters, Leslee C. (Paul) Minch, of Perry Park, KY. Lucinda A (Donald) Renfro of Owenton, KY, and Lynda J. (Jerry) Blake of Taylorsville, KY. Survivors also include six grandchildren, Brianna (Tyler) Jones Ashton (David) Turner, Brittany (Nash) Croley, Alysha Minch, Cody Minch, and Preston Blake; and eight great-grandchildren, James, Jacob, Caleb and Logan Duvall, Westyn Jones, Chevelle Martin, Parker Croley, and Braxton Nickles.

McDonald & New Funeral Homes are in charge of arrangements. Family will receive friends at the Main Street location on Wednesday, October 7, 2020, from 11 am - 12:45 pm. This will be a pass-through visitation with social distancing and masks required. Graveside funeral services will follow at 1 pm with Bro. Craig Howard presiding. Please meet at the funeral home at 12:45 pm to go in procession to the Squiresville Cemetery. Memorial contributions be made to the WHAS Crusade for Children.
