Barbara Allen King

Warsaw- Barbara King, 59 of Ghent passed away Sunday, June 28th at her residence. She was the daughter of Ethal Jane King and the late Henry Carpenter Sr. She was the wife of Donnie King of Ghent. She is also survived by three sons: Marty King of Louisville, Billy King (Sheena) of Glencoe and Donnie King Jr.(Sandy) of Sanders. Two daughters: Laura Wilhoite (Herman) of Ghent, Donna King of Carrollton. Two brothers: Henry Carpenter Jr. of Nicholasville and Billy Joe Carpenter of Carrollton. Five sisters: Anny Lilly of Ghent, Penny Gray of Nicholasville, Lesia Thompson of Carrollton, Tina Combs of Nicholasville, and Rhonda Wilson of Carrollton. Also surviving is one grandchild: Conner Lee King. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 30, from 4-8pm at the Garnett-New-McDonalds Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday at 1:00pm. burial will be in the Walnut Valley Family Cemetery. Donations may be made to the Hospice of the Bluegrass.
