Alvin T. Jones

Alvin T. Jones, 63, of Owenton passed away Tuesday, June 22nd, at the VA Medical Center in Cincinnati. Born November 29, 1946 in Cincinnati, he was a Vietnam Army Veteran. He worked in the construction trade and was a member of the Catholic faith. A son Todd Jones preceded Mr. Jones in death. His parents, James R. and Clara Barnickle Haynes of Owenton; his son, Troy B. Jones of Fairfield, OH and his sister, Roasemary Adkins of Cincinnati, OH, survive him. Arrangements are being handled by McDonald & New Funeral Homes. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 1pm Saturday June 26th at St. Edwards Catholic Church. Burial will be in the Owenton Cemetery with Father Gerald Witzman presiding. Memorial contributions may be made to St. Edwards Catholic Church.
