Alvie "Al" Lee Gressett

Alvie Lee "Al" Gressett, age 68, of Monterey, passed away Wednesday, February, 2015 at the Hospice Care Center at St. Joseph Hospital in Lexington. Born November 21, 1946 in Groesbeck, TX, he was the son of the late Doyle and Lee Duke Gressett. He served his country during the Vietnam War in the United States Navy. Al was employed as a carpenter. Surviving are a host of friends, including Phil Tingle of Monterey. McDonald & New Funeral Homes are in charge of arrangements. A memorial service to celebrate Al's life will be held at a later date.
