Alice Faye Webster

Alice Faye Webster, 77, of Owenton, passed away peacefully on July 7, 2024, at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Grant County. Born on December 29, 1946, she was the beloved daughter of the late David and Ruth Johnson Clifton. Alice was preceded in death by her brother, David Bruce Clifton.

Alice had a fulfilling career as an accounting manager for Layton Graphics in Marietta, Georgia. After retiring, she dedicated her time to volunteering at the Owen County Clothing Center, reflecting her commitment to helping others. She was also a devoted member of the New Liberty Christian Church, where her faith and compassion were evident to all who knew her.

She is survived by her loving son, Tim (Nannie) Webster of Owenton; her cherished sister, Joan (Lynn) Smith of Campbellsville, KY; her nieces, Kristi Smith of Louisville and Lori Smith Loury of Campbellsville; her nephew, James (Jody) Smith of Mackport, IN; and four great nieces and nephews who brought her immense joy.

Alice's kindness, dedication, and love for her family and community will be dearly missed, but her memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew her.

Services are in the care of New Funeral Homes. Visitation will be held on Saturday, July 13, 2024, at the Main Street location, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., with a memorial service to follow at 1 p.m., officiated by Bro. John Perry.
