Albert Alvin Duvall

Albert Alvin Duvall, age 96, of Cincinnati, Ohio, passed away on Tuesday, June 2, 2020, at the Bridgetown Nursing and Rehab Center.

Albert was born on September 6, 1923, to the late George W. and Leona Jones Duvall. He was married in June of 1962 to Fay Wanda Wainscott Duvall who preceded him in death in 2006. He was also preceded in death by his siblings, Marion Duvall, Chester Duvall, Paul Duvall, Lola Duvall Whitehead, Rayetta Duvall, Rosa Duvall, and Mary Duvall Crosswait. He began his career at Powell Valve before moving to Serta Mattress where he retired in 1986.  He will be remembered as a good neighbor who took great pride in keeping a pristine yard.

He will be missed by his son, Rodney Albert Duvall of Cincinnati; his sister, Helen Duvall Benn of San Antonio, TX; and his friend and caregiver, Sharon Lauer.

McDonald & New Funeral Homes are in charge of arrangements. A graveside service will be held at 2 pm on Friday, June 5, 2020, in the Owenton Cemetery. Bro. David "Milkweed" Wotier will preside.  Contributions in Albert's memory may be made to your favorite charity.
